You can find the screening room, cloakroom, shop and CAFO café on the ground floor of the OKO Centre; the permanent exhibition is located on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Permanent Exhibition
The exhibition was designed to let visitors learn the secrets behind the creation of our iconic cartoons. Interactive stations with fun activities await our younger visitors.
- Visiting time depends on personal interest. On average, our guests need 90 minutes (the longest visits can last up to 120 minutes)
- The exhibition is designed for self-guided visits, but we encourage you to talk to our exhibition guides - they are here to help you.
- The exhibition is suitable for children (above 7 years old) and adults;
- Younger children can also see the exhibition;
- children under 4 years old - free admission, no ticket required;
- arriving a few minutes before or after the scheduled time is allowed (does not apply to organized groups of more than 10 people).
- you can show your ticket on a mobile device (download it before your visit, as there may be connectivity issues in the building) or as a printed copy.

- At the exhibition, our youngest visitors create their own animated cartoons (a special code for making the film is provided on the director’s pass given before entering the exhibition)

ARCHITECTURAL ACCESSIBILITY
- The building is equipped with an elevator connecting all parts of the Interactive Cartoon and Animation Centre exhibition on different floors, the entrance hall, as well as other rooms in the building
- Elevators are equipped to accommodate people using wheelchairs.
- There are no architectural barriers in the exhibition spaces - they are adapted to the needs of people with movement disabilities of different degrees and the elderly people.
- On the accessible floors, there are toilets designed for people with disabilities.
- In the screening room (Kreska Cinema) there are two wheelchair spaces. The room is equipped with an induction loop.

Online ticket purchase
- Due to the limited number of visitors allowed to enter the exhibition at a time, we recommend purchasing your tickets for available dates/times through our website sfr.pl (especially during holidays, winter break and long weekends)
- If you buy your ticket at the counter (if available), you might need to wait before entering the exhibition.
- After paying for your online tickets order, the system generates electronic tickets, which are sent as a PDF to the email address provided in the order (make sureto check your spam folder)
- Children under 4 years old - free admission, no ticket required
- Tickets purchased online and received by email after placing an order must be presented to the ticket inspector at the entrance to the exhibition or event. Tickets can be printed or displayed on a mobile device. In the case of purchasing a reduced-price ticket, an appropriate document must also be presented.
- Exhibition ticket can be purchased online no later than 60 minutes before the planned date of visiting, as long as places are available;
- Cinema tickets can be purchased online no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled screening hour, as long as seats are available.
- Vouchers for the Exhibition are available at the ticket counter and online
- Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets at a different price, other events, or a different date.
- Regardless of the absence of a statutory right of withdrawal from the contract, SFR accepts returns of individual tickets if requested at least 3 days in advance. When canceling a reservation (email address: info@sfr.pl) you should indicate: the number and date of the reservation, number of the tickets you would like to return, and the payment method.

Schools and preschools
- The permanent exhibition is dedicated to students from 1st grade of primary school; for younger children aged 5–6, we have prepared an alternative route in the exhibition space.
- We welcome school groups to our exhibition at: 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 am, and 1:30 am.
- Estimated visiting time for school groups: 90-120min + 30 minutes screening of our iconic SFR cartoons; for preschool groups: 75min + 15 minutes screening of our iconic SFR cartoons
- An organised group entering the Exhibition at once cannot include more than 25 people; bigger school groups are divided appropriately (they enter the exhibition at 20-minute intervals.)
- Organised group supervisors are responsible for discipline of their group members
- A school group is accompanied by an exhibition attendant who shares with them the secrets of creating traditional cartoon animations.
- A preschool group is accompanied by an exhibition attendant who shares with them secrets of creating moving pictures and sounds through playing, art, and music.
- Visiting is shortened by the delay time of the group
At OKO on the ground floor there is a cloakroom, restroom, café, and a shop with souvenirs
Group ticket: 38 PLN per person (cinema screening of iconic SFR cartoons included); supervisor ticket: 1 PLN (1 supervisor per 10 students).
